"Maybe we could spend our nights together and maybe one day, we could live together. We could grow older and watch our lives change as we become the people we always really wanted to be. We could cuddle up in our king-sized-bed, because we can't handle anything smaller than that, and kiss all night long. We'll wake up in the morning and you'll have your coffee. We'll kiss each other goodbye and return home eight hours later, waiting to greet one another at the door. We'll eat our dinner, cooked by you of course, and slip into bed shortly after. We'll maybe fool around and tell stories about our days and we'll shut our eyes and wake up to another day and another period of our lives. We'll have a couple kids, a boy and a girl, and we'll watch as they grow up and we'll grow older. We'll lose our youth and they'll find theirs and then we'll sleep into bed quietly with our hands intertwined. We'll shut our eyes and wake up in the morning and suddenly we're old and grey. You'll drink your coffee in the mornings, just like you always used to, and you'll kiss my forehead as you walk out to get the newspaper. We'll sit down and reflect on the times that we were young. Later on, we'll crawl into bed and sit side by side, reading our separate books until we can't keep our eyes open. You'll tell me that you love me and whisper into the darkness that you'll see me in the morning, hoping that I'll still be there when you wake up."
